This page shows you exactly what Arbyn sees when it answers a shopping question about delivery: every country you ship to, the exact regions inside each one that are actually covered, and the rule behind every rate you charge, free shipping included. It's read-only. Nothing here changes your shipping setup, it audits the setup you already have in Shopify.
What it does
For each of your delivery profiles, this page counts how many shipping zones it has and whether any of them are missing countries or rates. Opening View zones & rates on a profile shows every zone in it: the countries covered, the exact regions inside a country when your coverage doesn't reach the whole thing, and every active rate with the condition that makes it apply. A separate check flags any active location holding stock that isn't part of any delivery profile at all, since Shopify can't fulfil an online order from a location with no shipping coverage attached to it.
Where to find it
Open Knowledge, then Catalog, then the profile you want to check, and choose View zones & rates.
How it works
The summary row tells you where to look first. Across the top you'll see your total number of profiles, which one is your default, how many have at least one zone set up, how many have a zone that needs attention, and how many active locations aren't covered by any profile. If your default profile has zero zones, you'll see a banner about it right away, since that means Arbyn currently has nothing to quote a shopper for delivery cost until at least one zone with a rate exists.
Opening a profile shows every zone inside it. Each zone lists the countries it covers. A country you ship to entirely shows as a single chip. A country where you've limited coverage to specific regions shows a "view" link next to it, expanding to the exact list of regions that are switched on, so you can see at a glance whether the region you're wondering about is actually included. Regions are shown by name with their code alongside it, the same way Arbyn reads them when it's checking whether it can promise delivery somewhere.
Every rate shows the rule that makes it apply, not just a price. A rate can be unconditional, or it can depend on a minimum order amount or a maximum parcel weight. This page shows that condition directly under the price, so a free shipping rate reads as, for example, "order at least $70", not an unexplained $0.00 that looks like it applies to everyone. A rate calculated by a carrier at checkout is labelled that way instead of showing a fixed price it doesn't actually have.
A zone with no countries or no active rates is flagged. Either one means Arbyn has nothing useful to tell a shopper asking about that zone. A flagged zone doesn't necessarily mean your shipping is broken, it might genuinely have no customers ordering there, but it's surfaced either way so you can make that call yourself rather than discovering it from a customer complaint.
A location outside every delivery profile gets its own warning. This is a different problem from a zone with no rates. It means an entire location, and everything held there, isn't attached to any shipping setup at all, so nothing that ships from it can actually reach checkout. This shape shows up most often with a fulfilment app (Trendsi, Printful, Printify, and similar apps create their own location automatically) that was never added to a delivery profile. If you're seeing this warning, the Catalog page's product audit will also show you which specific products are affected, since it's usually the same underlying cause.
Everything here reads live from Shopify. There's no separate sync step. Make a change to a zone, a rate, or which locations belong to a profile in Shopify, and reload this page to see it reflected immediately.
Good to know
An empty region list under a country means the whole country is covered, not none of it. Shopify only lists the regions that are included, so a country with no region list underneath it is fully covered, and one with a region list is limited to exactly what's shown.
The "locations without coverage" count only includes active locations. An inactive location can't hold stock anyone is trying to sell, so it's left out on purpose rather than adding noise.
A blank spot instead of a number means the check itself couldn't run, not that everything is fine. If the location scan fails, this page shows a dash rather than a false zero, so a real problem never quietly reads as "nothing to worry about."
This is diagnostic, not editable. Every fix, adding a location to a profile, adding a country, changing a rate, happens in Shopify itself, under Settings, then Shipping and delivery.
FAQ
Why do I see a country code or region code next to the name? The code disambiguates regions that share a name and survives translation, so it's kept alongside the name rather than replacing it. It's the same information Arbyn itself reads when deciding whether to confirm delivery to a specific region.
What does "locations without coverage" actually mean, and why does it matter? It means an active location holding stock isn't part of any delivery profile, so Shopify has no shipping rate, pickup, or delivery option for anything stored there, and can't let a customer buy it online. It usually happens when a fulfilment app creates its own location that never gets added to your shipping setup.
Does expanding a country's region list change my shipping settings? No. It only shows you what's already configured. Every actual change happens in Shopify.
My free shipping rate shows no condition under the price. What does that mean? It means that rate genuinely applies to every order in that zone with no minimum required, which is different from a rate where the condition simply failed to load.
How often does this page refresh? Every time you load it. There's no separate sync, so a shipping change you make in Shopify is reflected the next time you open this page.
